NovoCyte Advanteon Flow Cytometer Systems 1-3 Lasers
The NovoCyte Advanteon flow cytometer builds upon the highly successful NovoCyte, and NovoCyte Quanteon. The system provides an advanced set of capabilities for the most demanding scientists, yet is remarkably simple to operate. The NovoCyte Advanteon can accommodate high-end and increasingly sophisticated multicolor flow cytometry assays. The system offers flexibility with 1, 2, or 3 laser options, up to 21 fluorescence channels, and 23 independent detectors.

The NovoCyte Penteon flow cytometer builds on its successful predecessor, the NovoCyte, and provides an expanded set of capabilities that accommodate today's high-end and increasingly sophisticated multi-color flow cytometry assays. You now have the flexibility to choose from up to 30 fluorescence channels utilizing up to 5 lasers with up to 30 independent detectors. The NovoSampler Q can be integrated into different laboratory automation platforms and efficiently processes both FACS tubes (using a 40-tube rack) and 24-, 48-, 96-, and 384-well plates. NovoCyte Quanteon Flow Cytometer Systems 4 Lasers
The NovoCyte Quanteon is a new generation in the successful line of NovoCyte flow cytometers. The Quanteon is a 4 laser flow cytometer that can be configured with up to 25 independent photomultipliers for meeting the most demanding sample panels. The proprietary photomultiplier technology employed in the Quanteon provides excellent sensitivity, stability, and a 7.2 log dynamic range. Very dim signals and very bright signals can all be captured and gated in the same view, therefore eliminating the need for laborious trial and error PMT tuning procedures.
When developing large color panels, the Quanteon saves hours of setup and analysis time. Excellent fluidics provide steady and consistent sample delivery, with high reproducibility and exceptionally low CVs. Absolute counts, without the use of expensive beads, will save you time and money.

The Agilent xCELLigence Real-Time Cell Analysis (RTCA) SP instrument uses label-free cellular impedance to continuously monitor cell health, behavior, and function with high accuracy, sensitivity, and reproducibility. The SP model can run a 96-well electronic microplate (E-Plate 96), which is ideal for cell health characterization, immune cell-mediated killing, viral cytopathic effects, cytotoxicity, cell adhesion, cell barrier function (TEER), cell signaling (e.g., GPCR) and other related applications.
The instrument operates in a standard CO2 cell culture incubator and the control unit is housed outside the incubator. Simply plate cells and begin monitoring cell behavior to obtain real-time kinetic data for assay windows that stretch from seconds to days. Online data acquisition and offline data analysis are easy to perform using RTCA Software Pro, which also supports FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
xCELLigence RTCA MP - Multiple Plates

xCELLigence RTCA CardioECR - Cardiomyocyte Contractility & Electrical Activity
The xCELLigence RTCA CardioECR instrument combines high frequency measurement of cell-induced electrical impedance with multi-electrode array technology to simultaneously assess cardiomyocyte contractility, viability, and electrophysiology. The simultaneous recording of impedance and field potential by the xCELLigence RTCA CardioECR instrument provides a view of cardiomyocyte health at an unprecedented level of detail, enabling a deeper understanding of the mechanisms underlying drug-induced cardiac liability.
The CardioECR can also be used to functionally mature hiPSC cardiomyocytes with its electronic pacing function. Paced hiPSC cardiomyocytes provides a significantly improved cell models used in various applications including safety/tox assessment, drug discovery, and cardiac disease research.
xCELLigence RTCA Cardio - Cardiomyocyte Contractility
The xCELLigence RTCA Cardio instrument monitors cardiomyocyte activity for cardiotoxicity assessment. The contraction-relaxation cycle of cardiomyocytes gives rise to a distinct, rhythmic fluctuation in impedance that is readily captured on the millisecond time scale. Changes in the intensity and periodicity in impedance are monitored in seconds or in days to assess cardiomyocyte contractility and viability in the presence of various drugs.
The xCELLigence RTCA Cardio instrument, which analyzes cells in an electronic 96-well microtiter plate format (E-Plate Cardio 96), is placed in a standard CO2 cell culture incubator and interfaces via a cable with analysis and control units that are housed outside the incubator. User friendly software allows for real-time control and monitoring of the instrument.
